Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fach- und Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen und anderen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalkostenplanung und Bereitstellung von personalwirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Personalprozesse
  • Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Projektarbeit
