Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnungen für ca. 3000 Mitarbeiter mit SAP
  • Prüfungsprozesse steuern und überwachen
  • Beachtung der gesetzlichen, tariflichen Bedingungen
  • Klärungs sozialversicherungsrechtlicher oder oder lohnsteuerrechtlicher Vorfälle
  • Begleitung der betrieblichen Altersversorge
  • Jahresabschlussarbeiten HR
  • Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Behörden, Krankenkassen
  • Personalführung des Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung der Abrechnungsprozesse
  • Projekte in Bezug auf SAP HCM, digitale Personalakte und Dokumentenmanagement
