Konzernunternehmen im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen am Standort Großraum Ludwigsburg bei Stuttgart sucht für seine Bau- und Immobiliengesellschaft Sie als: Leiter Mietverwaltung (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Verwaltung von über 1.500 Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten
  • Key Account Funktion
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Mietern, Lieferanten, Versicherungen und Behörden
  • Verantwortung für das Vertragswesen im Bereich Mietverwaltung
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines hochmotivierten Teams
  • Verantwortung für internes und externes Reporting, Budgetplanung und -überwachung
  • Unterstützung im Controlling, sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abläufe
  • Unterstützung in der Akquise neuer Mandate
