Beschreibung

Sie leiten ein Team von 8 Mitarbeitern, verantworten die Objekte und sind zuständig für das Vertragswesen. Des weiteren obliegt Ihnen die Bauherrenfunktion der einzelnen Objekte. Ein Start kann zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt erfolgen.

Aufgaben

  • Personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Leitung
  • Mithilfe bei der Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern
  • Objektverantwortung für herausgehobene Objekte mit Vertragsmanagement
  • Bauherr für ausgewählte Objekte
  • Vertreten des Sachgebietsleiters im Kernbereich
  • Konzeption und Sonderaufgaben
