Für einen unserer namhaften Kunden im Garten- und Landschaftsbau, suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen Bauleiter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung und Betreuung von Bauvorhaben
  • Führen des Baustellenpersonals
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern
  • Koordination der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Terminplanung
  • Baustellenabrechnung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Regelmäßige Prozessoptimierung
