Wir suchen Sie als Sales Manager Digital Service (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Vorantreiben und Entwickeln der Verkaufsaktivitäten im Segment Digitaler Service der Oras-Gruppe entsprechend der Strategie und den Zielen, einschließlich:
  • SALES: Entwicklung des Verkaufs der Oras Group Digital Service
  • Aktionsplanung und Neukundengewinnung zur Erreichung der jährlichen Umsatzziele (numerische KPIs)
  • Entwicklung eines Vertriebs- und Kundenplanes für 3 Jahre für Zentraleuropa
  • Entwicklung von Verkaufstools (Ref. Cases, Pitch Decks, Storylines) zur Unterstützung des Verkaufsprozesses in lokalen Ländereinheiten in Mitteleuropa
  • Vertrieb mit Schwerpunkt in Deutschland und Österreich
  • GESCHÄFTSKONZEPT: Entwicklung des Geschäftskonzepts für digitale Dienstleistungen der Oras Gruppe
  • Verantwortung für die Markteinführung und Implementierung im zentraleuropäischen Raumes
  • Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftskonzeptes
  • Serviceprodukte, Verdienstmodelle, etc.
  • VERMARKTUNG: B2B-Kommunikation und Content-Erstellung
  • Entwicklung von Marketing- und Kommunikationskonzepten zusammen mit dem Konzernmarketing
  • Kundenbindungsmaterialien und -konzepte in Showrooms und auf Messen + anderen Veranstaltungen
  • Produktschulungskonzept auf Gruppenebene intern und extern umsetzen
