Wir suchen Sie als Department Manager (m/w/d) Convenience Retail.

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Steuerung des Convenience Retail Geschäfts (Shop, Gastro, Services) an allen OMV-CoDo-Tankstellen
  • Allokation, Vergleich und Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten für das Shop- und Gastrogeschäft mittels Leistungsvergleich und Ausschreibungen
  • Optimierung des Deckungsbeitrags unter Einhaltung des Budgets und Verbesserung der WKZ (Supplier-Boni) mit voller Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung
  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Category Managements und Gastro-Angebotes an 210 Franchise-Standorten mit entsprechender Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von neuen Konzepten und Piloten sowie Planung und Steuerung der notwendigen Neu- und Erhaltungsinvestitionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der VIVA-Preisstrategie
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung aller zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Shop- und Gastro-Standards
  • Vermarktung von Flächen, Werbeträgern sowie von Aktionen und Promotions gegenüber der Markenartikelindustrie
