Als Teamleiter Software Engineering (m/w/d) sind Sie für die disziplinarische Führung von ca. 10 Mitarbeitern sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Teamstrategie auf Basis der vorgegebenen Ziele verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische Führung von ca. 10 Mitarbeitern sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Teamstrategie auf Basis der vorgegebenen Ziele
  • Verantwortung hochkomplexer Projekte im Bereich echtzeitfähige Steuergerätesoftware
  • Vertriebsunterstützung z.B. bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Ressourcenplanung und -steuerung
  • Teamentwicklung incl. Recruiting
  • Optimierung von Methoden und Prozessen
