Als Systemoperator (m/w/d) sind Sie für den 1st und 2nd Level Technical Support verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • 1st und 2nd Level Technical Support
  • 3-Schichtbetrieb (auch Wochenende)
  • Analyse, Kategorisierung und Priorisierung von Incidents und Service-Anfragen
  • Monitoring, Disposition und Ticket Management
  • Aufnahme der Problemverfolgung gemäß mit dem Kunden vereinbarten Service Level Agreements (SLA)
