Aufgaben

  • Beratung bei der Gestaltung und Einführung agiler Organisationen und Methoden basieren auf Scrum
  • Entwickeln und Optimieren von Scrum Prozessen, Schulung von Kunden und internen Mitarbeitern
  • Selbstständige Durchführung und Moderation von Scrum-Events und Teamworkshops, Begleitung von Scrum Teams
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
