Als Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Bestellabwicklung mittels SAP und E-Procurement unter Berücksichtigung der Vergabeverordnungen verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Bestellabwicklung mittels SAP und E-Procurement unter Berücksichtigung der Vergabeverordnungen
  • Einholen und Prüfung von Angeboten
  • Rechnungsprüfung und Buchung mittels SAP HUR
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Auswertung von Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen (national und international)
  • Abwicklung von Zoll,-Fracht- und Speditionsangelegenheiten
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
