Als Product Owner (m/w/d) sind Sie für die strategische Beratung und operative Kundenbetreuung im B2C- und B2B-Bereich (Schwerpunkt eCommerce- und Technology Branche) verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Strategische Beratung und operative Kundenbetreuung im B2C- und B2B-Bereich (Schwerpunkt eCommerce- und Technology Branche)
  • Erstellen von Digital Marketing-Konzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Experten (z.B. Social Media, SEO/SEA, Konzeption, Layout)
  • Stetige Betreuung der Kunden und langfristige Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit, Identifizieren von Cross- und Up-Selling-Potenzialen
  • Kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten: Kunden, Projektkoordinator
  • Ausarbeiten von überzeugenden Präsentationen sowie Durchführung von professionellen Kundenworkshops
