Unser Kunde, ein innovatives Unternehmen, dass sich immer neue Ziele setzt, Herausforderungen sucht und über viele Jahre Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung verfügt, sucht Sie als Personalberater / Recruiter / Disponent Pflege (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Tatkräftige Unterstützung beim Aufbau des Geschäftsbereichs Pflege & Medizin am Standort Magdeburg
  • Proaktives Bewerbermanagement und Recruiting
  • Planen und Disponieren von Mitarbeitereinsätzen
  • Vertragsverhandlungen, Betreuung von Mitarbeitern, sowie Führen der Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Betreuung von Kunden sowie Akquise von Neukunden sowie Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Marketingaktivitäten rund um Kunden und Mitarbeiter (Print und Digital)
