Unser Kunde sucht Sie als IT-Recruiter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • (Weiter-) Entwicklung der Recruiting-Strategie
  • Entwicklung von Profilen und zielgruppengerechten Stellenanzeigen
  • Recherche und aktive Ansprache von geeigneten Kandidaten auf verschiedenen Onlineplattformen (z. B. LinkedIn, XING)
  • Führen von telefonischen und persönlichen Interviews
  • Konzeption und Organisation von Recruitingmaßnahmen zur Ansprache von Fachkräften – vom Absolventen bis zum hochqualifizierten Spezialisten
  • Planung von innovativen Rekrutierungs-Events
  • Erstellen und Analysieren von Auswertungen und Statistiken
