Als IT Consultant CRM (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Analyse der Kundenanforderung in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb und Service verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Analyse der Kundenanforderung in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb und Service
  • Technologie- und Prozessdesign, Konzepterstellung, Implementierung, Customizing und Begleitung bis zum GoLive der kundenspezifischen Lösung
  • Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Projektverlauf
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung neuer Technologien und Themen (Machine Learning, IoT, Digitale Transformation)
  • Mentoring und fachliche Unterstützung junger Kollegen
