Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München suchen wir Sie ab sofort in Festanstellung (Vollzeit) als HR Consultant Active Sourcing (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
  • Verfassen und Platzieren von Stellenanzeigen sowie Durchführung geeigneter Active Sourcing – Maßnahmen
  • Eigenverantwortliche qualitative Auswahl geeigneter Kandidaten (m/w/d)
  • Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Kandidatenprofilen
  • Begleitung und Coaching von Bewerbern bis zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kandidaten und Kunden
  • Repräsentation bei Jobmessen und Netzwerktreffen
  • Dokumentation und Reporting
