Als Active Sourcer - Recruiter (m/w) sind Sie für die Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden sowie die direkte Ansprache (Active Sourcing, Networking) und eigenverantwortliche qualitative Auswahl geeigneter Kandidaten (m/w) verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
  • Direkte Ansprache (Active Sourcing, Networking) und eigenverantwortliche qualitative Auswahl geeigneter Kandidat (m/w)
  • Verfassen und Platzieren von Stellenanzeigen sowie die Auswahl geeigneter Active Sourcing - Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Kandidatenprofilen
  • Begleitung und Coaching von Bewerbern bis zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung
  • Weiterführende Betreuung von Kandidaten und Bestandskunden
  • Teilnahme an Jobmessen
