Description

As Director Group Tax (m/f/x) you will be responsible for the Coordination of services provided by external tax consultants for German Holding entities (mainly tax declarations as well as evaluation of tax-related queries).

Tasks

  • Evaluation of tax implications of operational and strategic decisions (especially German Holding entities but also group-wide)
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for German Holding entities and support group-wide transfer pricing
  • Steering of tax planning projects to optimize NORMA Group’s group-wide tax position
  • Cover tax part of special projects, such as M&A activities and corporate reorganizations and rightsizings (footprint projects)
  • Preparation of tax calculation (current and deferred, EY tax tool) for quarterly and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements and co-ordination of group-wide tax reporting
  • Support of German Statutory Holding Accounting during year-end closing
