As Senior Project Manager- Mechanical Engineering you will be responsible for the development and support of sustainable mechanical building engineering standards and the design incl. HVAC, FP, BMS, PV and Sanitary systems as well of energy saving measures (ESP).

Aufgaben

  • Development and support of sustainable mechanical building engineering standards and design incl. HVAC, FP, BMS, PV and Sanitary systems as well of energy saving measures (ESP)
  • Development of cost and energy efficient concepts for all Metro formats under consideration of operational and legal requirements, climate condition and technical availability
  • Supports the construction related activities of local national departments / consultants for expansion projects (New Store Opening), relocation & remodelling projects, required Due Diligence assessments, Procurement, technical expertise for mechanical engineering installations and energy saving measures
  • Review and validation of building service concepts and implementation planning including constructability, costs, lifecycle cost and sustainability
  • Technical and economical evaluation of investments for general energy saving measures, i.e. ESP projects, sustainable projects including validation of technical implementation and performance
  • Knowledge management and transfer, maintaining of knowledge platforms / trainings
  • Support of investment comments according METRO internal Standard Operating Procedures in a close alignment with the local management to achieve the common targets
  • Flexibility to develop solutions according to company regional / country needs in
  • Construction support for new projects nationally and internationally including setup of new technical teams and foster quality, environmental, schedule control, commissioning and handover processes
