As Food Service Director you will be responsible for supporting the Operating Partner for Food Service Delivery, acting as a sector expert, leading the central food service expert team and managing a team of four sector/functional experts (warehouse management; logistics & routing; salesforce management & offer/assortment management).

Aufgaben

  • Support the Operating Partner for Food Service Delivery, acting as a sector expert
  • Lead the central food service expert team, managing a team of four sector/functional experts (warehouse management, logistics & routing, salesforce management & offer/assortment management)
  • Provide sector expertise to the local markets, supporting the country management teams in developing, reviewing and implementing their FSD growth strategies
  • Develop MC&Cs knowledge and capability, and provide ongoing education
  • Share best practice across markets, provide opportunities for country teams to come together and share knowledge, and address common topics
  • Drive consistency and synergies where appropriate
  • Work with country management teams to support them in delivering sales and profitability targets, and meeting KPIs including sourcing synergies, SG&A costs, service quality levels etc.
