Beschreibung

Als Fachinformatiker mit dem Schwerpunkt Systemintegration (m/w/d) sind Sie für Planung, Umsetzung, und Controlling von IT-Projekten sowie Administration, Überwachung und Erweiterung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Planung, Umsetzung, und Controlling von IT-Projekten
  • Administration, Überwachung und Erweiterung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
  • Koordination und Überwachung von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im operativen Betrieb
  • Support von Server-Hardware und Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen sowie sonstiger Hard- und Software
  • User-Help-Desk (First- und Second Level)
  • Begleitung der Konfiguration der Telefonanlage sowie Installation neuer Nebenstellen
  • Überwachung, Installation und Support bei mobilen Endgeräten (z.B. iPad)
  • Unterstützung bei Neuentwicklung von Software und deren Implementierung
  • Genieren von Reports und Auswertungen
