Wir suchen Sie als Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter / Industriekaufmann (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Anfragen-, Angebots- und Auftragsmanagement
  • Allgemeine Assistenz-Aufgaben und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung
  • Internationale Kunden- und Lieferantenkorrespondenz
  • Erstellen von länderspezifischen Exportdokumenten
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Terminen und Besprechungen
  • Erstellen von Lieferantenerklärungen, Intrastat-Meldungen
  • Prüfen und Bearbeiten von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen (Banken, Kassen, Bürgschaften)
  • Forderungsmanagement
