Sie kommen aus (dem Umkreis) Kaiserslautern, haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrungen mit dem Microsoft-Office-Paket (Word, Excel, Outlook). Mittels Ihrer kommunikativen Fähigkeiten beraten Sie unsere Kunden freundlich am Telefon und behalten auch in Zeiten mit hohem Arbeits­auf­kommen einen kühlen Kopf.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Standortsuche
  • Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung firmeneigener Standorte
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Schriftverkehr
