Sie sind der reisebereite Kaufmann (m/w), der für die Betreuung ausgesuchter Filialen für Nachhilfe-, Sprach- und Weiterbildungskurse für Kinder, Jugendliche, Erwachsene und Firmen verantwortlich ist.

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Betreuung ausgesuchter Filialen (bei Bedarf Immobiliensuche, Hilfestellung bei der Einrichtung, Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung u. ä.)
  • Sie sind für die Auswahl, Einarbeitung, Schulung und Führung neuer Mitarbeiter (Studioleitungen, ggf. Honorar- und Reinigungskräfte) verantwortlich
  • Das Controlling / Marketing (Werbeanalysen, Umsatzcontrolling, Honorarverwaltung, Erfolgskontrolle laufender Werbemaßnahmen) gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
  • Verkaufsschulungen (Umsetzung der zentral gesteuerten Vertriebsaktivitäten, Mitarbeiterschulungen und Motivation) runden diese Position ab
