Das Lernstudio Barbarossa bietet bundesweit Nachhilfe-, Sprach- und Weiterbildungskurse für Kinder, Jugend­liche, Erwachsene und Firmen an. Seit 30 Jahren besteht das Unter­nehmen nun erfolgreich im Bildungs­sektor. Aufgrund unserer Expansion sind wir auf der Suche nach Ihnen!

Aufgaben

  • Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen (eingesetzte Software Sage)
  • Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen (via Dakota)
  • Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen und Behörden
  • Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Mitarbeiter in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung (eingesetzte Software Lexware und Starmoney)
  • Honorarabrechnung der Dozenten
  • Warenwirtschaft (Einkauf / Verkauf)
  • Fuhrparkverwaltung
