Wir suchen zum Start im Januar 2020 oder früher einen Experten (m/w/d) im User Management mit dem Schwerpunkt Support in Ulm. Sie verwalten mittels vorhandenen Tools Benutzer und zugehörige Berechtigungen nach den vorhandenen Support-Prozessen. Starten Sie bei uns im User Management Support (m/w/d)!

Aufgaben

  • Testen der Updates für notwendige Tools und Support Prozesse
  • Beratung der User für die Nutzung eines Self-Service-Portals für Fileshares
  • Troubleshooting und Analyse der Support Prozesse
  • Incident Management für Identity- und File-Access-Management. Dazu erstellen von Berichten und Analysen zu Active Directory Konten und Gruppen
  • Dokumentationsmanagement: Ergänzung, Erstellen mittels Quick Reference Guides oder Checkliste
