Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Assistenten der Geschäftsleitung (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Direkter Ansprechpartner der Geschäftsleitung
  • Organisation von Meetings und Geschäftsreisen
  • Representation der KLEIN GmbH auf div. Social Media Kanälen
  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen, Rechnungen sowie Lieferscheinen
  • Neuanlage von Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Exportdokumenten
