Sie sind der kommunikative Techniker oder Naturwissenschaftler, der für die Erstellung von komplexen Prototypen, von der ersten Idee bis zum Ende der Serienfertigung verantwortlich ist und ein Team von circa 40 erfahrenen Ingenieuren und Facharbeitern leitet.

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung von komplexen Prototypen, von der ersten Idee bis zum Ende der Serienfertigung
  • Sie leiten ein Team von circa 40 erfahrenen Ingenieuren und Facharbeitern
  • Sie sind verantwortlich im Prototypenbau für die AV, CAM Programmierung, mechanischen Fertigung, die Montage-und Endprüfung
  • Sie definieren globale und standortbezogene Standards für die Prototypenerstellung
  • Sie stimmen die Prototypenumfänge mit den Vertrieb und den Projektteams ab und erstellen in ihrem Team die Kosten-/Termin-und Prototypenplanung
  • Als Prototypenexperte sind Sie kompetenter Ansprechpartner intern und gegenüber den Kunden
  • Sie beobachten den Markt nach neuen Montage-und Fertigungsverfahren für Prototypen und optimieren unserer Technologien
