Sie sind der teamfähige Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der für die reibungslose Abwicklung aller zahlungsrelevanten Prozesse im Team der Finanzbuchhaltung verantwortlich ist.

Aufgaben

  • In Ihrer Funktion übernehmen Sie ein eigenverantwortliches Aufgabenspektrum für eine reibungslose Abwicklung aller zahlungsrelevanten Prozesse im Team der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ein wesentlicher Teil Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die Bearbeitung sämtlicher laufender Geschäftsvorfälle für einzelne Gesellschaften mit stetem Blick auf gruppenübergreifende Abläufe
  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, wie bspw. die Rechnungserstellung, Kontierung und Buchung von Zahlungseingängen, die Überwachung und Klärung offener Posten sowie die Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Im Rahmen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung beschäftigen Sie sich mit der Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnung sowie der Verwaltung von Daueraufträgen und der Abrechnung von Reisekosten
