Beschreibung

Sie sind der zuverlässige Betriebswirt (m/w), der die Verantwortung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Risikomanagement
  • Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation der monatlichen Plan-/ Ist-Abweichungen zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer
  • Monatliches Reporting an die Konzernzentrale
  • Ermittlung von Kennzahlen in der Projektentwicklung z.B. Budgetkontrolle vom Projekteingang bis zur Fakturierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Controlling Prozesse Vertriebs-, Projekt- und Produktionscontrolling
  • Erfassung und Überwachung der Vertriebsprojekte inkl. der Stammdaten und Abläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Bereichen
