Sie sind für die Erstellung von Pflichten- und Lastenheften zuständig.

Aufgaben

  • Produktberatung zur Parametrierung und Nutzung unserer Produkte
  • Fachliche Beratung zu gesetzlichen, tariflichen oder kundenspezifischen Rahmenbedingungen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Produktimplementierung
  • Integration unserer Produkte in kundenspezifische Infrastrukturen, Anpassung an Kundenwünsche
  • Systemwartung und Fehlerbeseitigung
  • Erfolgskontrollen im Projekt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Projektmanager
  • Bei Bedarf Durchführung von Trainings und funktionale Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich des Gesamtprojekts
  • Vertriebsunterstützung / Presales
