Sie sind der kommunikative Informatiker, der einer der zuverlässigen Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um die IT in unserem Unternehmen ist.

Aufgaben

Werden Sie als Mitglied unseres Teams einer der zuverlässigen Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um die IT in unserem Unternehmen. Stehen Sie unseren Mitarbeitern zur Seite, wenn es unter anderem um die Einführung neuer technischer Systeme geht. Kategorisieren, priorisieren und bearbeiten Sie die auftretenden IT-Probleme an unseren zahlreichen PC-Arbeitsplätzen per Remote oder direkt vor Ort. Die Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von Client-Hardware & Software stellt ein weiteres Aufgabenfeld dar. Als Projektverantwortlicher sind Sie die Schnittstelle zu unseren nationalen und internationalen Partnern. Betreuen und warten Sie unser ERP-System inforCOM in verschiedensten Projekten, seien Sie für unsere standortübergreifenden VoIP Telefonanlagen zuständig und unterstützen Sie unser bestehendes IT-Team bei dem reibungslosen Betrieb der bestehenden Netzwerk- und vServer Infrastruktur.
