We are looking for a Head of Project Delivery (w/m/d) – Risk and Fraud.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for project delivery and you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • You coach and support continuous improvement in ways of working and set up and develop sustainable and value-adding processes
  • You manage and mentor the team members and fill this role with passion and enthusiasm
  • You deal with conflicts of objectives and interests in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
  • As part of an interdisciplinary presales team, you identify new business opportunities for our fraud prevention software RiskShield
