Beschreibung

Du unterstützt die Bewohner vor Ort mit Herz und Leidenschaft bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und sorgst damit für die Zufriedenheit und gute Lebensqualität der Bewohner.

Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Team vor Ort bei der Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation aller pflegerischen Arbeiten und Betreuungsaufgaben
  • Zudem bist du Zuständig für die Medikamentenvergabe gem. ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Regelmäßige Mobilisation und unterstützende Mobilisation der Bewohner
