Beschreibung

Als HR-Manager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die konzeptionelle Entwicklung des gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozesses und sind für die Planung und Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Personalmarketing-Aktivitäten verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die konzeptionelle Entwicklung des gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozesses
  • Planung und Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Personalmarketing-Aktivitäten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der HR-Leitung und der Geschäftsführung
  • Etablierung neuer Recruiting-Kanäle, u.a. Active Sourcing, Zusammenarbeit mit Personalagenturen, Einsatz von Social Media Tools etc.
  • Implementierung der Recruiting-Konzepte und Schulung des Managements und der HR Kollegen bzgl. der neuen Recruiting Strategie
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Management und HR Team, bzgl. aller relevanter Themen
  • Mittelfristig geplantes internationales Roll-Out der national implementierten Projekte
