Die iglo GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Hamburg einen (m/w/d) Personalsachbearbeiter / HR Specialist befristung auf zunächst ca. 6 Monate.

Aufgaben

  • Sichere Durchführung der administrativen Vorgänge im Personalbereich (außer Entgeltabrechnung)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Handhabung des Bewerbermanagements
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung neuer HR-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung des lokalen und europäischen HR-Teams
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Pflege der HR-IT-Systeme
  • Planung und Organisation von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung des reibungslosen Ablaufes des Büromanagements (wie z. B. Postservice)
