Sie sind für den 2nd und 3rd Level Support verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Technischer Betrieb sehr komplexer IT-Systeme und Anwendungen auf Basis von Microsoft Windows und Linux
  • Technische Implementierung und Integration von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen in die Hirschvogel Infrastruktur (Datenbanken, Betriebssysteme, etc.)
  • Definition, Planung, Leitung von und Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und IT Teams aller Werke weltweit sowie mit externen Service Providern
  • Technische Unterstützung und Beratung der IT Inhouse Consultants
  • Mitgestaltung von IT-Strategien, -Standards und -Konzepten für global genutzte IT-Systeme und IT-Applikationen
