Description

The project manager will lead a process of establishing optimal business practice vis a vis the obtainable equipment, ready-made, as well as development of ERP modules and apps.

Tasks

  • The project manager will lead a process of establishing optimal business practice vis a vis the obtainable equipment, ready-made, as well as development of ERP modules and apps
  • Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of the development and implementation of highly complex and enterprise wide ERP system
  • Development & communication of program strategy, status, business cases, high-level project plans and milestones to manage program activities
  • The ERP Project Manager focus on the business stake holders (the customers) and the software development team (the solution providers), includes accountability for the success of the program through ensuring the ERP modules and other parts are complete on time, within scope, within budget, meet business requirements and to business satisfaction
  • Responsible for meeting key performance objectives, managing issues to resolution, risk management, managing program scope changes effectively and ensuring that the work completed adheres to all company and department standards and processes
  • Helps in developing and role modelling of best practice project and program management methodologies and processes
  • Leading and management skills: provides coaching, performance management of project and program team members and planning for resource needs
