Aufgaben

  • Im Rahmen von agilen Projekten entwickeln Sie unsere bestehende Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Unternehmensplattform stetig und nachhaltig weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team tragen Sie die technische Verantwortung für das Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM sowie die dazugehörigen Schnittstellen
  • Sie sind technischer Ansprechpartner für die Stakeholder aus den Bereichen Sales, Service, Marketing und Operations
  • Sie analysieren und beheben technische Probleme im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und koordinieren die Problemlösung mit externen Dienstleistern oder Microsoft
