Für diesen Auftraggeber suchen wir aktuell im Großraum Frankfurt am Main einen Bautechniker als interner Koordinator / Abrechner Tiefbau für den Austausch von Kabelgroßschächten (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Planung der Baumaßnahmen an Kabelgroßschächten
  • Koordination des Einsatzes von Mitarbeitern und Bereitstellung der benötigten Maschinen
  • Kommunikation mit beteiligten externen Akteuren (Auftraggeber, Behörden, Subunternehmer usw.)
  • Erstellung und Überwachung des Projektzeitplans
  • Dokumentation und Abrechnung der Projekte

Dabei setzt man vor allem auf den Einsatz moderner Technologien in Zukunftsfeldern wie dem Breitbandausbau, der Störungsbeseitigung von Telekommunikationsanlagen und der Schachtdeckelsanierung der Kommunen und Städte.
