Wir suchen für den Standort Augsburg (Vollzeit/unbefristet) einen Office Manager (m/w/x).

Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Reisebuchungen
  • Empfang und Begrüßung von Gästen
  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale und Organisation der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche z.B. bei Projekten, der Terminkoordination oder hinsichtlich geschäftlicher Korrespondenz
  • Durchführung von Bestellungen für u.a. Bürobedarf, Lebensmittel und sonstigem Verbrauchsmaterial inkl. Auftragsverfolgung und Koordination von Lieferungen
  • Unterstützung bei Eventplanung und -organisation
