Within Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH, the IT-EMEA Department has the core task of implementing, maintaining and expanding business strategies and objectives in IT technology. IT- EMEA is responsible for defining strategies and priorities as well as for supporting and managing relevant IT projects within a regulated environment. As "Head of IT Project Services (m/f/d) EMEA” you will manage a team of ten. While ensuring timely implementation and delivery of IT projects, you will exhibit strong people leadership skills and stakeholder management competence. You will act as a contact person for various business functions and specialist departments within the EMEA region. In addition, you will collaborate closly with project service teams and various IT service providers.

Tasks

Team leadership, head a team of ten and manage various project services teams
Create transparency regarding responsibilities and scope of project services
Carry out strategic alignment of methods, processes and responsibilities of project services including financial and qualitative project portfolio management and reporting
Identify IT-relevant priorities, liaise and conduct negotiation with internal and external service providers
Manage resources for project implementation and project delivery
Support stakeholders within the group and ensure smooth interaction between organizational units and IT service providers
