Aufgaben

  • 18 Monate Traineeprogramm - intensives Training-on-the-job mit der Perspektive auf Übernahme
  • Sie lernen alle Bereiche der Werbevermarktung kennen: Print und Digital, kaufmännisch und technisch, kreativ und fundiert
  • Wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie sich in die Welt unserer Kunden eindenken und maßgeschneiderte Angebote entwickeln, die Sie dann im direkten Kundenkontakt präsentieren
  • Sie arbeiten in spannenden Projekten mit und übernehmen eigenständig Aufgaben in Projekten
  • Ein umfangreiches Seminarprogramm – zugeschnitten auf Sie – flankiert das Training-on-the-job: Verkaufen, Argumentieren, Verhandeln, Texten, Projektmanagement und fachspezifische Seminare zur Mediaplanung und zu den Trends der Branche
  • Mentoren begleiten und beraten Sie während des gesamten Traineeprogramms
  • Sie arbeiten in einem weltoffenen und kreativen Umfeld
  • Ihre Arbeitszeit ist flexibel
