Sie sind der begeisterungsfähige Bauingenieur (m/w), der die Verantwortung für die komplette Projektabwicklung im Geschäftsbereich übernimmt und für die Koordination aller in der Projektabwicklung beteiligten Bereiche zuständig ist.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die komplette Projektabwicklung im Geschäftsbereich
  • Koordination aller in der Projektabwicklung beteiligten Bereiche
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsabteilung
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Abwicklung
  • Informationsweitergabe technischer Innovationen im Baubereich
  • Mitwirkung in internen und externen Arbeitskreisen
  • Zusammensetzung der Projektteams
  • Gewährleistung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Objektübergaben
  • Veranlassung der Abrechnung fertig gestellter Bauleistungen
  • Überwachung der Erledigung von Gewährleistungsfällen, unter Berücksichtigung der Kostenweitergabe an verursachende Dritte
