Sie sind der analytische Techniker, der für das Rüsten von Produktionsanlagen in der Compoundierung und die Optimierung der Rüstwerkzeuge und der Rüstzeiten zuständig ist.

Aufgaben

  • Rüsten von Produktionsanlagen in der Compoundierung
  • Optimierung der Rüstwerkzeuge und der Rüstzeiten
  • Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen im 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Beseitigung von Störungen und deren Ursachen im laufendem Prozess
  • Sicherstellen und Dokumentation der gefertigten Qualität
