Als Sachbearbeiter Order Management sind Sie für die Bearbeitung und Bestätigung von Kundenaufträgen und -forecasts, die Nachverfolgung Bestellverhalten. Rechnungsstellung. und die Koordination von Sonderabläufen zuständig.

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Bestätigung von Kundenaufträgen und -forecasts
  • Nachverfolgung Bestellverhalten
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Koordination von Sonderabläufen
  • Verbindungsglied zwischen Kunde und den Elmos Fachbereichen (Planung, Business Line, Vertrieb, Accounting)
  • Sicherstellung des internen Reporting
  • Pflege von Stammdaten

Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulstudium im Bereich BWL, Logistik bzw. einer äquivalenten Fachrichtung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • 1-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
