Beschreibung

Sie sind der reisebereite Wirtschaftsingenieur, der den Geschäftsführer bei allen strategischen, konzeptionellen, organisatorischen, operativen, technischen und vertrieblichen Themen unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (Messeauftritten, Kundenveranstaltungen etc.)
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen sowie Protokollführung und ggf. Steuerung/Monitoring der „Follow-Ups“
  • Erstellen und Aufbereiten von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei Planungs- und Controllingaktivitäten
  • Aufbereitung von Statistiken, Erstellen von Investitionsrechnungen, Preiskalkulationen, Kennzahlenüberwachung
  • Reisetätigkeit ca. 20% (regelmäßiges Pendeln zwischen den Standorten Erfurt und Berlin sowie vereinzelt Tageseinsätze in den Werken vor Ort in Ostdeutschland)
