Zur Erweiterung unseres Support Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und ambitionierten Experte Technischer Support (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Technische Kundenbetreuung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Entwicklung
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Kunden bei Auswahl, Einsatz und Verwendung unserer Lichtgitter
  • Telefonische Unterstützung bei der Fehlerlokalisierung und -behandlung im 1st- und 2nd- Level Support
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Applikationen
  • Durchführung von Tests für Neuentwicklungen und Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen
  • Bearbeiten und Erstellen von Datenblättern und technischer Produktdokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei internem Projektmanagement
