Beschreibung

Sie sind der teamfähige Kaufmann (m/w/d), der für die Verwaltung der Treuhandkonten verantwortlich ist.

Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung der Treuhandkonten
  • Betreuung der Erfassung & Auswertung aller Treuhand-Projekte bzw. Projektrahmen im entsprechenden EDV-Programm
  • Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle in den Treuhandmandanten
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Kassenführung
  • Neuanlage & Einrichtung neuer Projekte im entsprechenden EDV-Programm
  • Erstellung und Auswertungen für das Berichtswesen
  • Zusammenstellung und Meldung der Versicherungen aus dem Treuhandbereich
  • Koordinierung und Betreuung der Treuhandprüfungen
  • Bearbeitung und Meldung der Umsatzsteuer
  • Kontakt zu Wirtschaftsprüfern & Prüfungshandlungen auslösen
