Der DRK-Blutspendedienst Baden-Württemberg - Hessen gehört zu den großen transfusionsmedizinischen Einrichtungen Deutschlands.
Mit seiner regulären Geschäftstätigkeit, der Entgegennahme von Blutspenden und Versorgung der Krankenhäuser mit Blutprodukten, stellt das Unternehmen heute ca. 90% der Versorgung beider Bundesländer sicher. In der Muttergesellschaft sind über 800 Mitarbeiter/innen für das Unternehmen tätig.
